Railway Ticket Issue — railway ticket wrongly issued

Dear sir,
on[protected], i had submitted railway application form for booking railway tickets from
Yeshwanthpur Jn to Kacheguda to travel on dated[protected], and in the same form i had requested
to book tickets to return from Kacheguda to Yeshwanthpur on[protected]. But the booking clerk
at railway station booked correctly for onward journey, the details are as follows:-
PNR No :[protected]
Train no :- 7604, Date:[protected], adult :- 2
Ticket no :[protected]
Whereas, while booking the return journey ticket, the wrong booking details were as follows:-
PNR no :[protected]
Train No :- 7603, Date :[protected] wrong)
Ticket No :[protected]
I faced lot of in conveniances at secunderabad railway station as the booking date already has exhausted due to wrongly printing as dated[protected],. The concerned ticket inspector directed me to purchase a new ticket and enter the train.
Accordingly i was forced to buy two tickets bearing PNR nos 84003580 & 84003581 for Rs 134/=
and rs 103/= at secunderabad. i faced lot of agony being a senior citizen and have lost a sum of Rs 237/=
for the mistake done by the booking clerk. please help me in this regard and in future it will not happen for others. Thank you, Rabindra Simon
