Railway Ticket Issue — tdr filed but refund not received

I was filled a tdr against pnr number [protected] on 28 may[protected]/mas duronto express), at 15:56 i was not travelled on that train and the train was late more than 3 hours, again i was requested for reconsideration of my request, submitted with tdr i'd is [protected] to local zonal officer through email communication as suggested by irctc on 06/06/2017 at 12:12am, to till date i was not received my money and any other communication, regarding this issue please add my money to respective bank account.
