[Resolved] Raipur Electronics Pvt Ltd — Warranty Card on Samsung Refrigerator not given
I bought a Samsung Refrigerator (Model - RT 35YBUX) with serial no (00105E) [ The serial no is the last six digits of the full serial no as given in the Invoice] on 23rd September 2009 from Raipur Electronics Pvt Ltd with Address 6, Asutosh Mukherjee Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata - 700020, and Tax Invoice no. 1964.
I bought it for my home use at Kolkata for my parents, during the puja vacation, as I stay in Mumbai.
The dealer didnt provide me any warranty card(as they didnt had the card with them during the time of sale), though Samsung was providing 11 years of warranty. They promised me to send the warranty card to my home (Address: 26B, Chandi Ghosh Road Kolkata - 700040), as I would be leaving for Mumbai on 29th September 2009. But till today they didnt send me any Warranty card to my home. I called them at least 6 times from Mumbai, and every time they told that they will be delivering the card with Dealers Stamp by next day. Till today I didnt received anything.
I am feeling deprived. I have paid for the extended warranty from Samsung but didnt get the benfit due to hostile behaviour of Raipur Electronics.
