Sir / Madam,
With due respect, I have the honour and bring to come your notice that I Aditi Mondal of Howrah – 711 110, a permanent and family customer of your Podrah, Andul Road, Howrah branch from last 05 (five) years.
It is brought to come your notice that it is very hopeless experience, some employee of your said branch’s behavior is very poor and non-cooperative mentality, it is very upset and poor experience is informed you that after purchased above Rs. 30, 000/- electronics goods vide invoice No. HWW/SA2324/02532 dtd. 12/11/2023 from your said branch, and in different 03 (three) days and three time are harassed me to give the proposed a gift which is nonfunctional and damaged, and 04/05 of your staffs are checked and verified that’s all (7 to 8) gift are worthless but they are harassed me for long time. At last, I returned my house without any gift from your end but I got in additional harassment in 3 days in different time.
Therefore, I bring to came your notice that please do the needful from your end, so I shall be grateful to you and oblige.

AC Installation - regarding
R/Sir,
I have purchased a 1 Ton Blue Star split AC from Raipur Electronics, Barrackpore branch on 23/4/23, ISD Name (selling person) Madam Jyotsna Adhikari. They have assured me that AC must be installed within 3-5 days max. For the reason I have taken delivery by own cost. But what a destiny on 04/5/23 after 12 days my AC is not installed. On 04/5/23 service mechanic visited at my home and just announced a list of not working condition to his boss and to madam Jyotsna and refused to do any work on the basis of non availability of ladder, copper pipe etc. But I have to mention that on the same position I have another ac already installed for more than 7 years without any support.
I feel harrassed by purchased ac from Raipur Electronics, Barrackpore and I want to return the product to Shop and refund with my transport charges.

Hello sir,
Recently i purchased a 2 tonne inverter o'general split ac from salkia (Howrah) branch.
Both the indoor and outdoor was delivered.
But when enquired for installation the engineer was demanding higher.
Tried many a times to contact the branch., but they were not responding to the calls,.
The sales person said rupees 2300 would be chargeable and we will get 10 feet gas pipe along with water pipe & feet wiring and an angle. Any extra coverage would be chargeable
But when the engineer called up for installation they were demanding full pay.
Thereafter tried calling both the sales representative and manager both were not responding to the calls.
Request you to take necessary action against this

Warranty Card on Samsung Refrigerator not given
I bought a Samsung Refrigerator (Model - RT 35YBUX) with serial no (00105E) [ The serial no is the last six digits of the full serial no as given in the Invoice] on 23rd September 2009 from Raipur Electronics Pvt Ltd with Address 6, Asutosh Mukherjee Road, Bhowanipore, Kolkata - 700020, and Tax Invoice no. 1964.
I bought it for my home use at Kolkata for my parents, during the puja vacation, as I stay in Mumbai.
The dealer didnt provide me any warranty card(as they didnt had the card with them during the time of sale), though Samsung was providing 11 years of warranty. They promised me to send the warranty card to my home (Address: 26B, Chandi Ghosh Road Kolkata - 700040), as I would be leaving for Mumbai on 29th September 2009. But till today they didnt send me any Warranty card to my home. I called them at least 6 times from Mumbai, and every time they told that they will be delivering the card with Dealers Stamp by next day. Till today I didnt received anything.
I am feeling deprived. I have paid for the extended warranty from Samsung but didnt get the benfit due to hostile behaviour of Raipur Electronics.
