Raj — Housing Committee is not responding for any issues.

Hi, I am facing a problem like committe is not concentrating on the serious issues like our secuirity is working almost all the time by drinking alcohol only. This is very insecure and not feeling safety. What should be the next step which I have to give a complaint on committee members? I have already approached twice regarding the same probelm but there is no response yet. Also the secuirity is very rude in his behaviour. Should I give Police Complaint for the same ? Thanks, Raj.
