[Resolved] Rajdhani Express — COMPLAINT AGAINST BANGALORE RAJDHANI STAFF
I travelled via train no. 2429 from Bangalore[protected]:20 hrs to Hazrat Nizamudeen[protected]:50 hrs vide PNR no.[protected] along with a group of five family members seat no.15,16,23 and 31 of B2 coach and 55 of B5 coach all in AC3 catagory.
On the way at about 01:00 hrs on the 24-25 June 2010 night, a bed roll attendent of B2 coach Sh. Ashok Niwani, under the influence of liquor, PASSED URINE on the face of female passenger of our family sleeping on berth no.15. when she got up he misbehaved with her and slept into her bed. As no TTE/GRP/RPF could be traced at the moment I called bed attendents from coach B1 (Sh.Upender) and from coach B6 (Sh.Jitender Yadav).They verified he was drunkned. They identified him as Ashok Niwani, member of their staff working for M/s Piyush Traders, Kalyan, Mumbai, who are contractors for bed roll attendence in the Bangalore Rajdhani Express.They gave me mobile no. [protected] of some Vijay superviser to them, he promised on phone to meet us in the morning at Hz. Nizamudeen Rly Station and settle the issue. Mr.Vijay did not meet us there in the morning and all calls at his above mobile went unattended.So we were are agrived and felt deceived.
You are requested to look into the matter so that such things are not repeated to the elite passangers of Rajdhani,culprits are punished and victims are compensated suitably.
It is worth to mention here that complaint in this regard is made on date 25 June 2010 at GRP police station Hazrat Nizamudeen railway station(SHO Mr. Bisla) and station superintendant H. Hizamudin vide no.073 at 07:00 hrs on 25 june 2010. Receipt of both complaints is with me.no reply still from CRB to mail sent on 30June 2010.It is regreted that even after passing one and half month no action taken is heared from either of responsible offices.
I request your esteemed office (my last hope) to look into the matter and inform me disposal of my complaint if any or status is action is yet to be taken.
