Blocked exit doors, unhygienic toilets and hand wash sinks
I travelled from Delhi to Bangalore on Rajdhani express on 1st April, I was worried that the exit doors were blocked with bags, cycle etc, the train did not had proper Housekeeper, garbage everywhere, toilets were not cleaned for the whole trip, it was stinking smell, after paying some much fare, Railways lacked basic hygiene and sanitation, Food was plated near the toilets, with stinking smell, the irctc catering staff handles food in an unhygienic condition, they throw left over food on the tracks. Trains like Rajdhani express should have proper maintenance and operations. If there is not place for food to serve they should not serve. Very bad experience. Will never travel again.

The staff didn’t provided bedsheets and blanket whole night, I was shivering in the cold whole night, when I asked he told I’m not your servant, do what you can do, humiliated me as well, even my food was added which was also not provided whole journey, till now I’m in train, train is also late by 7 hours, and I’m suffering badly in between this kind of staff, Kindly look into this matter, attendant staff of this coach should be provided separate training to behave properly with handicapped passengers

Regarding the food

Food is not at served for seat no 51 50 49 at B10 and upon asking them, they told us that the food is already finished.
We don't know when they are going serve or not serve. No body knows about the reasons for the same
It looks fishy. Totally disappointed about this even when we are paid for the same

Rude behaviour of pantry staff-Train no.-22824
I was boarding today for Cuttack station train number-22824 at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Junction, Gomoh with my wife
Then the pantry staff provided breakfast to us and lunch and after that he asked for money, the total bill was 600 rupees but he forcefully asked for a tip of 700 rupees (600 meal charges plus tip of Rs100 forcefully). When I refused to give Rs 100, he is angry at me for forcibly tipping and continue arguing for tip then i gave 50 rupees.
You are requested to look into this matter seriously so that no passenger is harassed by pantry staff.

Train is extremely late
Dear team,
I am extremely disappointed with the fact that Sealdah Rajdhani from new delhi to Gaya was supposed to left at 4.30 pm on 6 December 22 but it left at 6.30pm and still couldn't reach gaya at time.
There is no information about anything in train. Train stopped at anugrah narayan road for more than 2 hrs and no information shared for this. We are working people and it's truly very dissatisfied. Disgusting services. Every time Rajdhani is late, no matter where I am travelling to.

Rajdhani express berth complain
I had mail to Mr Suresh prabhu about this issue but there is no response... I was travelling in Rajdhani express bangluru to Hyderabad with my mother and brother.. In hyderabad, , there was a surgery of my mother.. Our coach was A/3..berth no.. B.. 9/25/26/27..in train there were so many cockroach roaming here and there. I was on upper berth no.. 27..that was eaten by rats.. There were big holes.. Too mush smelly.. There were big black spots on a big area, , no space for laydown.. Somehow i adjust in very little space.. Couldn't sleep.. Too much rat smell couldn't breath.. Feel like vomit.. Its pathetic. Never recommend this train to anyone for long distance travel.. We are paying for worst.. It's Rajdhani Express.. I always travel delhi to lko in third ac but never see so unhygienic train.. It's disgusting..

Hello 18-11-21 I’m travelling on swaran jayanti rajdhani express but The Rajdhani Express is not as fun and comfortable as before I traveled on rajdhani express. because can’t included food on ticket fare. Can’t give pillows, blankets but given in the previous train of rajdhani express. not given even water bottle but When i was traveled on Rajdhani Express last time same fare ac three tier Then everything was included in the ticket fair. Food, blankets, pillows and on windows curtains in Rajdhani Express.but Previous rajdhani express is very good Than before. At present Rajdhani Express does not provide any facilities at all and the ticket fare is also very high and ifeel i’m not traveled on rajdhani express ifeel I’m travelling on second class ac coach So we are requested to swaran jayanti rajdhani express train to provide the same service Like the previous Rajdhani Express. Please improve rajdhani express train. and rajdhani express is best in previous time but not now.

Complaint marked as Resolved You can travel on e-ticket sent on SMS or take a Virtual Reservation Message (VRM) along with any one of the prescribed ID in original. Please do not print the ERS unless extremely necessary. This Ticket will be valid with an ID proof in original. Please carry original identity proof. If found traveling without original ID proof, passenger will be treated as without ticket and charged as per extent Railway Rules.
2. E-Ticket cancellation is permitted through your respective agents only. The customer/passenger should share the Refund OTP with the agent who booked/cancelled the ticket, for getting the cancellation refund amount.
3. Fully Waitlisted E-ticket is invalid for travel if it remains fully waitlisted after preparation of chart and the refund of the booking amount shall be credited to the account used for payment for booking of the ticket. Passengers travelling on a fully waitlisted e ticket will be treated as Ticketless.

unavailability of blanket and drinking water
I boarded rajdhani 12453 from garhwa road at 12:25 a. M. And after boarding i saw no bedsheet available on my seat neither i got bottle of water, as i caught the train in hurry. I waited for almost 2 hours but i didn't see any attended passing by. I got down from upper berth in search of coach attendant but they all were sleeping. I tried waking up one of the attendant, initially he didn't even bothered to listen to my problems, he was doing some i approach gestures and pretending to be in sleep. I felt very awkward. Then he passed me bunch of key and told me to take out bedsheets and other utilities by myself from the almirah and water bottle is something i am still waiting for. Pathetic service

When i just boarded the train i have tried to contact catering staff on duty to request for a bottle of water, he pretend sleeping so hard literally refusing to listen. I had to request ticket checking staff to sort the issue. I have noticed mice running between my legs.
Early morning a lady passenger requested a cup of tea for which he just ignored and rushed away, expecting himself getting rid of the passengers in the upcoming destination. Further i have found apparently a uniformed housekeeping guy requesting all pssengers for tips.
Please check with the attitudes of staff, housekeeping and pest control

Hi i am vamsi nithin traveling from nzm to sc in 12438 rajdhani express the quality of the food provided is worse and the attendants are not even considering the complaint. They are behaving very ignorantly and we have asked for the manager of the food supply he is reluctant to listen the complaint.
The cost of the food they are providing is not even half of the food cost they are charging from the passengers.

worst food quality

I am travelling from hazrat nizamuddin to bangalore city in train number 22692 rajdhani express on 08 feb 2019 departure from nzm. The quality of food served during journey is worst especially the dinner which we got on 08 feb from delhi base kitchen and even the next day's breakfast was not prepared good, the lunch was provided by sri sai enterprises, base kitchen nagpur whose food quantity was less as per the prescribed quantity by irctc and we dint got the soup, bread sticks and butter chiplet also during the whole journey. But as per menu of irctc soup and etc should be served before every lunch/dinner.
When a passenger is paying for the food and if he is not getting a good quality and quantity food. Please do the needful to not to happen this type in future

not getting food in train no 12433
I was traveling with one of my colleague on 17.12.2018 in pnr no [protected] in train no 12433. I have boarded train from gwalior jn to agra cantt. Though i had paid for food but it was not served during my travel. We made request to catering staff but they didn't listened. This was the worst experience i ever had in rajdhani. The catering staff intentionally doing this to sell out the same to others.

I have not seen such worst facilities in rajdhani dinner was bad as there is no paneer sabji no ice cream and break was ohh i can’t explain bread with poha and one nimbu pani that’s all, staff is not listening anything, dirty toilets worst rajdhani i have ever seen

The quality and quantity of food served in rajdhani trains is so bad that it's a shame on the part of irctc and railways. The quality of rice and sabji is worse than even the roadside thelawala, who serve a meal in RS 20/-. I am attaching photographs of the food served on 12423 Rajdhani on 11/11/2018.

Train No.12424, date of Journey 06.07.18..train departured from Guwahati station at 8.30pm. I have not received bedding till 9.15pm after several remainders. We are 3 passengers with 2 infants along. Our ticket no. is 19, 21, 23 Class A1. I have captured video of lying bedding which was left by previous pessengers which is enclosed below. Kindly take action against this as name of Rajdhani Express is going down day by day.

We traveled by rajdhani train from mumbai to delhi
(Train number: 09003, pnr - : [protected]; 29th may 2018).
It was such a horrible experience of travelling by rajdhani that i can never forget. The coaches were old, not well cleaned, toilets were stinking right from the start of the journey, bedding was dirty and stinking, catering staff was rude, train was delayed by 1.5 hrs at arrival.
This never felt like journey by premium train to us. Kindly refund our money asap.

I am traveling in 22692 rajdhani boarded from agra railway station in coach B1. This coach is absolutely not of rajdhani standard. It's a very old coach having worst washrooms. Although good washrooms are never expected from Indian railway, even then for a journey of more than32 hrs at least basic facilities are expected. Flush is not working properly. Stands, taps and soap dispenser are broken. And the worst thing is hawkers were allowed in coach at station, that I never seen in any rajdhani. Traveling in Bangalore rajdhani is horrible. Very upset with railway services in rajdhani. Hope some actions towards customer satisfaction. Also such old coaches should not be used in at least rajdhani express.

The behaviour of TTE and food caterer was very bad...when I asked the TTE for complaint register .He directly refused me ...

Travelled by kolkata rajdhani on 24 february 2018... When the morning breakfast was served there were many missing items from menu... Tea was not served... No vada with upmav as the menu says... Had asked for the complaint register... From then they started avoiding us... We kept on asking for the register but was not provided till we reached kolkata... Was travelling by coach a3 seat number one... Wishing for a corruption free india... Have see many times the rail never from the coaches going directly to street vender...

My mother is traveling in agartala rajdhani express. Train no 20502 in AC coach A2. The train started from Anand Vihar railway station on 6th June. On 7th June afternoon the AC stopped working. Why do we pay then if we need to travel in this situation.

Very bad experience with rajdhani express... Worst dood ever... Roti fast, sabji oily..., worst soup... Must increase food quality... Very worst but better than sathabdi express.. Food can be improved by giving amul product, food quality bread... The most important thing is using of compulsory giving food there should be allowance for customer for selecting taking food or not.. Taking......

provision of quality food and supply of water

1. Sir/madam i am traivelling by rajdhani exp no 22691 sbc to ngp in ac ii birth no 39 vide pnr no.[protected] and experienced the supply of food plase pay attention the followings:
(A) quality of food is not being sipplied as per the latest
Meenu
(B) supplier boys are knowngly missing the items like
Pickels, salt etc.
2 bmoreover as per human requirement of water is to be drinked within the 24 [protected]@min5-10 ltr is being not supplied even as per the need of paassengers.

pathetic food quality
I am currently travelling from jammu to new delhi in train no 12426 with my family. I want to complain about the quality of food that we got for dinner.
Dal was nothing more than coloured water.
Paneer quality was also very poor.
Looks like it would have been better if we would have carried food from home.
We were in the same train 3 days back when we were given a similar kind of food. When we raised this point to the manager, he started giving us alternatives like if the curd is not good we can add sugar to it, as if its customer's botheration.
I would prefer no food rather than such tasteless unhygenic food even after paying so much for the overpriced rajdhani express

Our journey from SSPN to Secunderabad on[protected], a paid ticket with VEGETARIAN FOOD was not given any food or breakfast. Can you give us your RULE POSITION on this type of ticket and food facility in a JOURNEY by RAJDHANI EXPRESS from SSPN to SECUNDERABAD, where they have collected MONEY for the FOOD PART on the TICKET.

I booked my grandmother's tickets for 4th december 2016 from shealdah to delhi.
The train got late by 7 hours and i had to cancel it on time and book flight tickets.
The train was late by 7 hours so that is not our concern. It is the 7th month of 2017 and still no money is refunded. Please do take immediate action or give me the contact numbers of concerned rajdhani offices kolkata.

I have asked the attender for new blanket as my journey was from nagpur to banaglore but instead he argued with me n told me that this coach have only 72 blankets. Indian Railways wants us to reuse the blankets? How is that possible? Where is the hygiene here? Worst experience ever.
Attendent misbehaves and refuses to give food and said that he will not give food, do complaint wherever you want to do
