I have couriered a Rakhi to Ghazipur, UP from Gurgaon(Haryana) on 16th-July-2012 but it is still not dispatched to the destination. On Rakhi (2nd-Aug-2012) when I called to customer service department, firstly they were too busy to answer the call & at last i got the reply that the mentioned address was non reachable zone that's why the consignment got returned to Varanasi centre. But I didn't get any update on that. And in Varanasi centre no one was available to answer my call.
I was surprised with the behaviour of customer service agent, she was too rude & list bother about my concern. When I asked for her Senior's name & no. she simply denied that she doesn't know that who is her Sr.
This was the pathetic service which I ever saw.
CAN I EXPECT ANY ACTION ON IT?????????????????
