rakhi — Not delivered, Damaged items delivered, Items missing
Beaware of Indiaplaza. I Ordered Rakhi's online last month , (I planned a month ago), Till today Aug 24th 2010, Out of 4 orders, 3 orders shows shipped on 20th August.I called my cousins, One of the got the damaged items, and Sweets were missing. Another Cousin did not received it. Another one not received. One order is still shows pending . I paid using the icici online payments. Not having a hard time contacting their customer care. I called twice and was holding the line for 10minutes(from USA). NO ONE Responded. I hung up. Sent several tickets online. No response. How do I approach them now?
Do not order from them. This is a real story.

My article no is EU[protected]IN but yet i did not recive it. When i go there at post office and asking for the article delivery Post master told that when some one ask to me then i will give him answer.and when i asked for the second copy he told me that i dont have second copy.he behaves badly with me.rakhi — RAKHI Not delivered
Very bad service of this on.dot courier. All three envelop not delivered to the respective person. Every person went to on dot courier office and collected the envelop. Also, if customer wants to call to the given no in there website, then number is wrong or busy.Don't trust this courier any more.
rakhi — LATE AND SPOILED DELIVERY
There was a confirmation in www.shopping.indiatimes.com that if an order is placed before 27th July 2012 for Rakhi, they will surely deliver it by 2nd August i.e Rakshabandhan.I had placed order on 26th itself, but my rakhi was not delivered. Secondly, when it was not delivered, I had cancelled the order, but they delivered sopiled Kaju katli and rakhi after 3 days of Rakhshabandhan.
I have contacted customer care, but only thye are sending appolization mails daily!!!
I do not want to leave it like this, can anyone pls tell me...how to teach them a lesson???
