[Resolved]  rakhi — Non Delivery of Parcel

rakhi — Highly dissatisfied with the product and time taken to deliver the product

My wife had ordered a Rakhi (Order No. S[protected]m) on
26th July'08 from my account.
It was supposed to be delivered within 2/3 days(as claimed by the website)
from the date of order.
However, it was delivered after 16th of August (the Rakhi Day).
Moreover, the product delivered was o[censored]nsatisfactory quality.
The Rakhi did not have a thread attached to it. How on earth is it possible
to tie a Rakhi without a thread attached to it?
It was our first online shopping experience and it has turned out to be so
horrible.
I feel you people have played with our emotions and sentiments.
If this is general nature of your services I must strongly
disrecommend people from buying anything from your site.

An envelope with Rakhi was sent to Gandhinagar (Guj) on 31st but it was undelivered till 23.59 hrs of Rakhi day i.s. by midnight of 5th aug 09 eventhough "Rakhi" was marked on the top of the envelope.
This is lack of service, breach of trust and emotional hurt .

rakhi — RAKHI RETURN BACK

Dear Sir,

My consignment no. is R 25909940 dt.28/07/2009, In this consignment I have sent Rakhi to the given below address:-

But on 04th August, 2009 your branch office, Bhiwadi Distt.-Alwar (Rajasthan) has returned back the Rakhi envelop and said that their is not our service.
On asking to return my courier charges of Rs.30/- he denied.
Sir, Will you tell me that are there anybody can calculate the compensation of the emotional festival of Rakhi?
If your service is not their you have to tell us at the time of taking the consignment.
Please reply me about the compensation etc. by return mail.

rakhi — Fraud People/Non delivery/No refund

I have placed following order[protected] long time back. Delevired date was 24 Jul but still hasn't reached till now 2-Aug.

When I called to cancel my order as due date was passed, They say they will call back. But no one calledup.

After that I sent the mail to customer service but no reponse. Tried to call many time but no one picked up the phone.
It is really very disapponiting that even after commitment order was not delived on time. And No refund has been given.

Rakhi Mail — non delivery of rakhi mail

An envelope with Rakhi was sent to PATNA (BIHAR) on 26th AUG 2009 but it was undelivered till 18.18 hrs after 4 days past of Rakhi day i.s. by evening of 9th aug 09 eventhough "Rakhi" was marked on the top of the envelope.
This is lack of service, breach of trust and emotional hurt .
Document No. is 11318650 sent from SEONI(M.P) to PATNA on 26.07.09. your courier services is Very "GHATIA" i deside to put a case against you in consumer forem.

this courier is not reached to chennai. 7th mar send from raipur to chennai

one parcel booked from kolkata in madhur courier service cn no. 30257178 dtd. 22.03.2010 at 16.30 hrs to rajnandgaon. from kolkata to rajnandgaon's travelling time is 15 to 18 hour. but we have not recd this parcel till date 25.03.2010 at 20.30hrs. this parcel forwarded from kolkata at 23.03.2010 to raipur & from raipur office forwarded on 24.03.2010.

madhur courier service is very very very very very poor courier service.

Dear Sir,

Our office one docket sent to Nagapur pod no 54996316 dated 04/05/2010
but till date not Deliver the docket.

So check the status.
