[Resolved]  Ration Card — How to apply ration card

i m pardeep patwal r/o east delhi.i leave rent so i want to make new Ration card. What is the procedure. plz tel me m waitinf o[censored]r response.

sir mera nam akhil yadav hai . mai kalwa east bhaskar nagar mai rahta hu . sir mera rashan card mere father ke nam par hai jinaka nam ramnath ramadhar yadav hai . sir mera rashan card ka dealer mere rashan card ko radd kar diya hai wo bhi mughe bina bataye . jab next month me mere father kerocene lane gaye to usne rashan card par kerosene dene se mana kar diya aur usne 30rs/litre se unhe rakel diya aur bola ki tumhe rashan card par kuch nahi milega.abhi hamare pas time thoda bhi nahi hai aur na hi banwane ke liye paisa kyoki mai kuch dino se abhi abhi call centor me job karna start kiya aur father bhi village se abhi aye . abhi hamare pas khana banane ki bahu problem ho rahi hai
sir please meri problem solve kijiye.

I applied new ration card two years back still i haven't get the ration Card.because without Ration card They will not provide the LPG Cylinder.pls help me out.

I Melap chand having ration card no: PAP[protected] from 2005. 15 days back i applied for a passport but they rejected stating that same ration card number has been submitted to them by another person with different details. So please look into the issue and give me solution ASAP.
