I asked several time in this regard but they are telling that your pettition not sent. help me to get the ration card.

Myself Bharati Rahate, sir I had given by house on rental basis to Mr.Satish Kumar, Banglore. As he is staying in my house on rent, he prepared his ration card on my house address. As I am the owner of house how tennure can use my address on his ration card sir please guide in this matter to what type of action I have take now to cancel the ration card of tenure. Please inform us as early as possible. As he is trying to capture my house by using false paper. I have already launched complain in rationcard office and police station of santacruz (West). But they are not giving any response in this matter.

My name is shyam, i want to add my wife name in my ration card but i never getting proper information from the matunga ration card office & they official staff also open & close the enquary Windows after & before timing, in short they are not punctual in his work.

Yes i did face the same problem to day.They are so rude they don't know how to speak to women.They open the counter later but will take the break and shut it down on time and they are so slow at work that it takes the 1 hour to do 4 application. They are very slow people have to actually stand from morning 10. to 3.00 for this people and still the work is not done .There are womens, working people..These people are shameless.Also to Bring to everyone ntice there are the middle men inside and their work is done in great speed .The major reason for their slow working is this.they enter from the staff room door and get their work done and the poor people have to suffer ..Seriously things are so corrupt you spent 2000 bucks and the middle man can get it done with all the ease...There should be something done..This is about the Mira Bhayander Ration office.

In Kallakurichi (Villupuram District) (Ka.Mamanandal Road Nagar, VOC Nagar Ration Shop No 4) there they Kept Stationary items Like toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, sunflower oil, Henko washing soap and Ponvandu Soap and many more goods as like departmental store. They are forcing us to buy the stationary items, and charging extra money from us. If we neglate the item to buy they are not giving the ration product. And also we are being cheated in weight nearly 100 g. We are getting too struggle of that. So please do the needful as soon as possible.

My Ration Card Number is 02/G/0811030 issued originally at PAMMAL, but last 2 months back we have changed our house to Gowri Avenue, Anakaputhur.


We have given our new address to the Pammal ration shop, when it was asked for issue of new card in January 2010. Till now, nobody has come to verify our cards in Gowri Avenue Anakaputhur. Our next street, opposite street are all verified, which are of different address, which not comes under Gowri Avenue. When we produced our card for verification to the person who came to verify the opposite street houses, he said another person will come for our area, but we have waited till the end of November 2009, nobody has come yet to verify our cards.

I am now afraid about the fate of my ration card and whether new card will be issued for the next term. If we are missed, if you enquire with the persons who came for verfication, I am sure they will come out with the readymade reply "When we went there the door was locked" etc, because we are at home only, always someone will be at home, our house will never be locked in the daytime.. But please do not believe them, if such a statement is made as an excuse for non-verification.

I do not know what to do, whom to approach and how to approach for getting my NON-BOGUS RATION CARD verified. I will be much thankful if somebody is able to guide me. My mobile number is [protected].

Hi,

1. If the ration card is not verified, you may not find

"100% verified"

written on the (inside) last page of the card, which is supposed to noted by the field verification after physical check.

2. The exisiting ration card is extended upto june 2011 (announced in Daily Thanthi, Dec), due to excess of verification work load for the chennai circle.

3. The verification process geared up from somewhere in July 2009 and by the time, your ration shop seller would have take the existing address for the verification process. The field verification may/may not attempted to verified (old address) your address i.e., that is out of surveilance.

4. Now, since you have changed to a new address recently (two months back) and the field verification officers find cardholders crowd coming directly to their offices and they could not move out of office due addressing the direct walk-in complaints and thus getting delayed provided if he has not attempted to verify to your old address.

5. You are not sure whether the field verification officer is in update of your new address to be verified. As you written, that you have updated to your ration shop. It is generally like this, the cardholder should write a request letter to,

the assistant commissioner,
zone ??????
and the office address

(pertaining to your ration shop)


along with

the photocopy of proof for new address
the photocopy of proof for old address (subsequently asked for them to double check and eradicate bogus card)

(both the case the proof should not be the ration card)

(the best would be the lpg bill, telephone bill, internet bill or any running documents)

you may include two proofs.

According to the levels above, the process and time taken varies...

Of all the 4, although the 1st level is addressed by the ration shop seller itself, it is advised that you take it to the respective zonal office as this is verification time (bogus card filteration) there could be an extra clause even in addressing this kind of level

Other 3 levels, you must take it to the ac, zonal office...

as said,

a written request letter

After being requested, have close communication with the field, verification officer as due to work overloaded for them.


Now, being january, festive season...

Normally, the process goes this way,

you get acknowledgement like (sc coming or some oppugai cheetu) for written request along with a oral commitment of direct visit of verification officer in a week or two

If you keep attempting twice/thrice in a week, you will find the verification officer convinced and may ask to bring original proofs to office and have verified across table instead of physical visit provided it is a true card

If it is other than 1st level, you may have to cancel the card at the existing ration shop and get cancellation letter that again shuttling back to the zonal office for another 10-15 days.

After getting cancelled letter, as said, along with the written request you need to attach this zonal change/ration change (original)

All may go fine provided you track correctly and smoothly.

use black ball point pen, take stapler & pins, white sheets, original proofs, photocopy of proofs, already familed head signed white sheets so that you can fill in thereby at any request, revenue stamps, threads, single punching machine, gum/paste, a good file to hold all, and ofcouse phone.

Always make physical visit and not over phone. Take names and designations of communicating officials, their mobile phone numbers if possible.

Dont have street writers to have your form/letter filled in as they may go wrong.

For your reference, you may also contact

the commissioner, ezhilagam at[protected] at worst case.


Note : you may help others (particularly poor seniors) who come over there and doesn't know how to take it further.

My Ration Card Number is 03/G/0097814 (Card holder name S.Rajarathinam) and issued address is no 63 JC nagar, urapakkam 603210, it is come under chengalpet civil supply. Last December 2009, The Ration shop person refused to give the ration things for my ration card and he stated the reason, your card is rejected due to address changing. Also he gave a form to me (which is recognized by Tamil nadu civil supply) and he told that fill up this form and surrender the new address proof with photos. I filled up that form and surrender all things what he said. He gave the receipt for that. From next month onwards Ration shop person gave the ration things to us. We have waited for verification of my card till the end of July 2010; nobody has come to verify our cards. But this month I went to the ration shop, he said again your card is rejected due to address change. I really shocked and I feel that without address verification, the verify person gave the wrong comment, because we are at home only, always someone will be at home, our neighbor well know us, our address is easy to find, our house will never be locked in the daytime..

I, Subir Debnath, a former ration card holder of Amherst Street, Kolkata - 6, submitted my surrender certificate and Form 1 to Sonarpur Rationing office for changing my address on 18.03.10. A receipt was given to me( 1265 ) including a tentative date 16.07.10. On that very date I have to request to collect my ration card personally.

But I come to know that the changing of address takes only seven days. But in this case they are taking more or less four months.
Here a question arises, what is the actual time to be taken to change an address. Is it seven days or four months?

I am a poor man who totally relies on the daily wages and Government alloted ration.I have a wife and two young daughters who altogether lives on my daily earnings.

I possessed a white ration card bearing no. WAP2241008A0147 and SSID No. [protected] and I truly enjoyed the Ration Issued by the Government till the month of May, 2010.
During the survey made during the month of March, 2010, We have given our full details of our poverty and our reliance on the Govt Ration. They recorded the details and left. All of a sudden, from the month of June 2010 we were stopped given the ration. As a result our entire family started to strive for our livelihood and are suffering with empty stomachs most of the times.

By the time I applied for getting my card activation back. I have already submitted an application to the Concerned MRO, Mudigonda in the Month of June itself, but it was of no use. Even I submitted another application with the request of our concerned ration dealer on[protected] but till today(for more than 5 Months) I did not get any response and it is only like unreachable grapes and enigma.

So I humbly beg you sir, kindly have pity on our suffering family and make our ration card active again and make us to enjoy the benefits preserved for us by the Government through our ration card and make the needful to us sir. For which act of kindness I shall be ever grateful to you Sir.

Hi,

Would like to lodge a complaint against the rationing office in Thane. They dont respond properly on the phone. I just want to know the procedure for change of address in our ration card. So I called them a lady picked up the phone told me " Khidki no. 1 se form leneka aur 2 Khidki mein deneka" and just banged the phone. I didnt disconnect the line. She [picked up the receiver again and kept it aside. I want to know the office timings so that I can pick up the form. And am trying the no. since then the phone is engaged. I request you to please give me the format for lodging the complaints against the person who has 2 ration cards in same name.(Holding 2 ration cards and he has good influence in rationing office and ration shopkeeper,

Second is one person staying at alibaugh and he has already having one ration card with his name, but one more ration card is holding with his name at Andheri, Mumbai.

Please provide me the format for two complaints as per given above mentioned details.

Also provide the address for where should I lodge a complaints.

My name is faruq residence of Mumbra (Thane) i want to add my wife & 2 children in my ration card which almost 15 yrs old. I have removed my wife name from kalyan rationing office & want to add the same in my rationcard. But rationing office in mumbra is full of corruption no one even listen to our plea there they r tie up with agents who r standing outside rationing office in Mumbra & only do there work they want us to apply through them that the reason they r troubing me from last 3 months i am visiting rationing office but all in vain no one even speaks to me properly & now the worst part is they have even lost my application form.



Please help me out what to do
