R B Joshi Public ralation office collector office Bhavnagr-364001 Dear sir, My name is Tarunkumar Jivabhai Malakia Address Vadava nani Ruvapari mandir Sir, I have applied ration car Bar coded ration card dated[protected] receipt for form no.2 is 3487608 through HIRANAND HOLARAM SHOP NO 34 AT VADAVA NOW THEY DISTRIBUTED RATION CARD BUT MY RATION CARD IS NOT AVAILABLE THEY TOLD ME T GO TO COLLECTOR , OFFICE THEY SAID , YOUR CARD IS NOT SHOWING ON LINE , NOW YOU HAVE TO APPLY AGAIN ? NOW WHAT I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER THREE YEARS, SIR I HAVE LITTLE DAUGHTERS WHO IS HANDICAP, NEED PROPER CARE FOR MEDICINE , FOR THAT WE NEED RATION CARD AND AADHAR CARD FOR PROOF SIR , KINDLY HELP FOR ? RATION CARD — till now my ration card is not generated
sir my ration in online its showing that u r card is under generating i lost my ration card sir my ration card number is pap[protected] its urjent pls rectify my problem sir i hope u will solve my problem sir thanking you yours faith fully khaja mujeeb uddin

i have not receive ration card yet . I want to add my wife name and child name since last 2 years. the officer told me that add name after new ration card received. but i m not received ration card since last 2 and half year. please help me and solve my problem. thank u Dear All,
It is observed that, when we are prinitng BARCODED RATION CARD ONLIE in six step process the first step for personel details 2 step epic varification 3 old card details varification is done, but on the FOURTH STEP system need ELECTRICITY varification & there is no data available for MGVCL CONSUMER DRIVING LICENSE details thus, every thing is stop due to non completion of fouth step.
THUS NO BADY CAN PRINT ON LINE BAR CODED RATION CARD ON HIMSELF
Respective, authority shuold take care to reslve this issue.
