Sir,
I am Kethavath thavurya naik residing presently residing near Guntur in the above address. One day when i am going to mandal office, unfortunately I missed my ration card . I have the xerox copy of my card. Immediately i went to the mandal office with a complaint letter. But they are not accepting any complaint regarding loss of ration card. My ration card SA No. WAP0720009A0010. Please tell me the procedures and help me to get a duplicate or new card.My e-mail address is [protected]@gmail.com.

I have missed my ration card no.10/W/0028321 . I have given a complained to police and got an FIR.I have applied for a new Ration card with the FIR on 18/5/2011. But still now no reply has been received from the civil suplies corporation

I K.THARAKARAMACHARI, My ration card no "WAP1588013c0184" is cancelled since 1year ago. I was complaint given in Balanagar office R.R District. They said 'after issuing your AADHAR card, submit the xerox copy of your AADHAR card then your ration card number sent to our FP shop'. I was submited my AADHAR card in the respectively office. But still there is no responce of my complaint. In the Balanagar office employs are very irresponsible and irregular. Please sir solve my problem. I am requesting you sir. Thanking you sir.
