SUB :: Status of my Ration Card application - Regarding

REF :: 1. My application dated on 10.02.2010
2. Sent by the Professional Courier no. [protected].02.2010

With allusion to the above subject, I have sent my application on 11.02.2010 vide referred item (2) for getting new ration card to you. I am residing at the above rented house with my aged mother who is widow and worked as house servant which yield very meagre amount.

I am belongs to indigent family and neglected by my husband. I unable to meet out my sicked mother's hospital expenses and my existence due to not availing of Ration card. I and my sicked mother facing a lot of problem without Ration card.

Hence I have sent the above subject application to you on 11.02.2010 by the Professional Courier. But till now I have not received any reply / acknowledgement from concerned officials. It seems to me that getting fresh ration card is labourious process from concerned department. Hence I have sought your help in this regard.

Kindly I implore your highness to advise the concerned official to issue me the Ration Card as early as possible which would wipe out my penury.

Despite I have sent complaint letter to consumer grievances authority, I am not avail my Ration card so far which seems to me getting new ration card from the concerned authority is labourious process. Kindly advise the concerned authority to grant me new ration card as soon as possible.
