I HAD SUBSCRIBED FOR RELIANCE WI-FI UNLINITED OFFER BY PAYING A CHEQUE OF 2569/- FAVOURING RCIL.BUT WHEN THEIR TECHIES CAME TO MY HOUSE, THEY COULD NOT FIND CONNECTIVITY.SO HE PLEDGED TO RETURN THE CHEQUE TO ME.I EVEN CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NAD THEY SAID THE SAME THING, YET THEY PRODUCED THE SAME CHEQUE AND I WAS CHARGED 350 INR BY THE BANK WHILE I WAS NOT MAINTAINING THE BALANCE.I REQUEST THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER AND REFUND THE SAID AMOUNT TO MY HDFC A/C NO.[protected].EVEN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE GUY HAD SAID THE SMAE THING.I DIDN'T EXPECT SUCH A CALLOUS BEHAVIOUR BY SUCH A REPUTED INC.
