Calling and disturbing

harassment

harassment This is my concern regarding my RCIL Broadband connection no [protected]. I applied for closure of this service in October 2014. They said to deposit 2500 in advance which I did. Then again November they asked for further payment . I deposited Rs 1000 on 26/11/2014 . They again asked me for money and I gave Rs 1000 on 22/5/15 as suggested by the employee RIya oh. No. [protected]. She said this is settlement amount. Now again today...

refund of security deposit

i was distributor of rcil limited of gonda zone for prapaid gsm and cdma mobile and recharge.
i resigned distributorship on 15th of march 2010.
and as agreed between me and the company was that you would get all yours security margin and incentive claims cleared by 45 days from date of your resignation.
but till now there is no response from the company , also no one is attending the phones , whether it is cluster head...

No Action taken since last 2 months

I applied for a broadband connection from RCIL in the month of November but somehow the guy who came to collect the docs. came back to me saying that my area was not covered under their service area and hence they will not be able to serve me ....then they told me that the money that they took from my as an advance payment towards the connsction will be refunded to me in 15 working days which has not yet been reverted back to me .....please...

NO CONNECTIVITY IN MY AREA YET 350 TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT

I HAD SUBSCRIBED FOR RELIANCE WI-FI UNLINITED OFFER BY PAYING A CHEQUE OF 2569/- FAVOURING RCIL.BUT WHEN THEIR TECHIES CAME TO MY HOUSE, THEY COULD NOT FIND CONNECTIVITY.SO HE PLEDGED TO RETURN THE CHEQUE TO ME.I EVEN CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE NAD THEY SAID THE SAME THING, YET THEY PRODUCED THE SAME CHEQUE AND I WAS CHARGED 350 INR BY THE BANK WHILE I WAS NOT MAINTAINING THE BALANCE.I REQUEST THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER...
