[Resolved]  RCIL — Poor Customer Care Services & request to suspend my numbers

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is regarding the poor services of Reliance Customer Care.

I have 1 postpaid mobile connection, 1 landline connection and 1 internet connection of Reliance Mobile in Ludhiana, Punjab ([protected] and [protected]).
Outgoing facility is barred from my mobile since last 13 days due to negligence by your customer care executives. I have paid the bills (total amount INR 3366) by cheque on the 27/01/2014 through Aman Communiction c/o Reliance Communication Ltd, SCO- 120, 3rd & 4th Floor, Feroze Gandhi Market, Ludhiana, 141001 (Punjab). I have paid this before the due date still the services were barred on my numbers. And i can see that the cheque was encashed to RCIL account on 30/01/2014.

I tried contacting Mr. Bhupinder Singh from Aman Communication c/o Reliance Communication Ltd, Ludhiana but he gave me false promises. His contact number is [protected].

So, I called up customer care on 10/02/2014 for the same. I gave them all the desired details along with the cheque number and payment receipt copy's number and requested them to start the Outgoing facility within 24 hours. They provided me a complaint Id number[protected] and assured me that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours. The facility was started on my number for 24 hours and then again barred till now.
It is not yet started. Its more than 72 hours now.
I have been associated with Relinace since 2011 and i am totally unhappy with the services provided by you. I want waiver (rental amount)on current month bill for my all postpaid connections since i am not using any services since last 13 days. and i want you to settle all my dues and suspend the services as soon as possible. I am porting my numbers to other service provider as they are really good with their customers unlike Reliance.

And all this while i am getting calls from the Reliance Customer care and asked to make the payment which i have already made long back. Only because of the negligence of your executives me, my family and my work is getting affected. I am being harassed by the repeated calls for non-payment though i have already paid my bills. If this issue is not resolved within next 24 hours I am moving to the consumer court.
