We are here in Kashmir facing immense problem of customer service. Rcom is big company but with no service, we have a tremendous problem here, we are having activation problem here. I was trying to subscribe sms pack but was unable to do so as the service was very poor I even tried to call customer care the route was busy for half of an hour, some how the line was connected but there was no response from customer care representative.
