Dear Sir I am use the yr service no:[protected] which is name on Parag Shah.Last few day I am very afraid of yr service because I am regular use the yr free sms service for rechage 500 msg form 30Rs.Last time I recharge that, I am also sending the msg on the festival of Janstmami.I am extramly socked the when the my balance is over I received the msg for yr side.When I call the yr custmer care Yr excutive tell me on festival we have charge the Rs for sms.So how it possible whenever u change my exiting skim.In future I never make trust on you, U also debit my balance like the this chargesh. I M PREPAID USER AND FREQUENTLY MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED BY VAS VIDEOSTORE.
WHEN I COMPLAIN - I GET REPLY THAT THERE IS VAS EXISTING IN MY ACCOUNT THEN HOW MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED?
IT IS VERY RIDICULOUS THING COMPANY IS DOING AND SPOILING IMAGE. I M PIONEER CUSTOMER BUT WILL HAVE SHIFT SERVICE TO OTHER S.P.
