I, sonam Gupta Customer of rcom for last three year but in this month i have faced a lot of problem regarding their services. i have recharged my mobile no +91 [protected] with rs 222 in 11/08/2013 and also a internet pack of rs 123 in 12/08/13 but they deducted my money and give the reasons for the internet use. when i go for customer care they registered my complaint and give the complaint no[protected] but my money was not returned and also i have recharged my no with rs 222 in 19/08/13 and they deduced my money again and never pick the phone in customer care
so please advise me what i can do in future
