I received a official reply Envelope with the no[protected] to confirm me in the sweepstake the no does not work this is the second time i have got this type of letter with the wrong no on is this a new ploy

I sent for the free gift readers digest put on offer for delivery charge only of £3.99 it was called favourite instrumental hits, Well the order had gone straight out of my mind that was untill readers digest sent me there latest offers and they kindly reminded me of my last order unsuspectingly, well i have not received the gift so i would like them to send it to me has soon has possible or send me my money back of £3.99 postage and if i do not get any satisfaction then i shall stop dealing with them my customer no is [protected]
