Recharge — not received ammon against 20/- recharge by online

I have recharged two time rs. 20/-at about 6:50pm on 19/09/2012 but i did not recieved benifit agaist rs 20,+20= 40/- rupees and i recieved sms by LM-Oxigen inwhich written is that "transaction request for rs 20 for [protected] failed due to service unavailable oxi trans ID-[protected]" so please recharg 40 rupees my mobail no [protected] becouse two time 20/-,20/- ammount cutted by my internet banking and there is wrtten in my bank statement that 20/- dr bill/[protected]/OXIGENPMR/[protected] and second entery is 20/-DR BILL/[protected]/OXIGENPMR/[protected]
