Recharge — Recharge unsuccessful even though money has been successfully paid.

I had recharged my jio number with rupees 199 plan, on the 16th of March well in advance when my plan expires today, that is the 17th of March. The recharge has been done from my SBI card using Google pay and the transfer is successful as shown by Google pay but when I placed a call through my jio number I am unable to make the call because of my current plan expiery which means that the recharge that I have done on the 16th is not successful but the money has been deducted.
