Rechargefree.com — No mobile recharge received even after payment & no response even after dropping several mails

I had paid Rs 224/ in rechargefree.com (Order Id ja76iq) for recharging my father's mobile on Oct 2, 2011.

After payment, the payment Status was displayed as 'On Hold. Your transaction is subject to manual approval by the payment gateway. We will keep you updated about the same through email'.

I have not received the recharge yet. But Rs 224/ is charged against my credit card.

I had dropped several mails to RechargeFree <[protected]@rechargefree.com>, [protected]@rechargefree.com. But no response was received from them.


Could you please look into this & resolve the same.
