Rechargefree.com — Money charged to card, but no recharge done even after 10 days

I had ordered (Order Id: ja76iq) for a recharge via rechargefree.com. Rs 224/ was charged against my Standard Charterd bank's Platinum credit card.


Even after the payment, the recharge was not done & status was 'On Hold. Your transaction is subject to manual approval by the payment gateway. We will keep you updated about the same through email. '. PFB the same.

I haven't yet received the recharge, but the amont was charged. I had dropped several mails to [protected]@rechargefree.com, but no help...
