Second Incident of Looting and cheating by online Recharge provider www.rechargefree.com This is regarding reference no.[protected] of rechargefree.com, I had requested for bsnl recharge of rs 51 for subscribing to saral anant plan.The site says that recharge is successfully completed. But recharge is not done at all.I checked the balance,it shows that you are in General Plan and validity is 23/FEB/2013. First Incident of Looting and cheating by online Recharge provider www.rechargefree.com This is regarding reference no.[protected] of rechargefree.com, I had requested for bsnl recharge of rs 36 for subscribing to saral anant plan.The site says that recharge is successfully completed.But recharge is not done at all.I checked the balance,it shows that you are in General Plan and validity is 07/OCT/2012.I had attached the screenshot.I atleast wanted bsnl transaction ID and bsnl number from which it was recharged so that I can raise complain to BSNL CC. I attached screenshot.My Validity is 23/02/2013 and not changed after the recharge of rs 51 neither did I get balance nor validity. I recharge to mobile though RECHARGEFREE .com for 150 rupees at[protected]refernce no.[protected]) .But not recharge to mobile ,Amount dedected from my bank account.I sent more mail to this company,But there is no respone till this time
