Regarding refund of online mobile recharge

Website:www.rechargefree.com

This is to bring to your notice that I used website https://www.rechargefree.com/ to recharge my prepaid connection of mobile and and operator was RIM GSM. From May, 2012-July2012, I have faced the problem of failure recharge many times and do not get the refund till now inspite of mailing many times at [protected]@rechargefree.com and [protected]@rechargefree.com. Kindly request you to do the needful. Screenshots attached for reference....

Non Refund of recharge rs51 by stating that recharge is done already though it is not done

Second Incident of Looting and cheating by online Recharge provider www.rechargefree.com
This is regarding reference no.[protected] of rechargefree.com, I had requested for bsnl recharge of rs 51 for subscribing to saral anant plan.The site says that recharge is successfully completed.
But recharge is not done at all.I checked the balance,it shows that you are in General Plan and validity is 23/FEB/2013.

Fraud Mobile recharge company

I did a recharge of Rs 150 from rechargefree.com (RABAANI INFOTECH-EBS Charged Amount 150.00 ) . My mobile was never recharged and the amount was deducted from my account. I looked three different tickets to their customer care, but they did not even bother to reply me even once.

Please take strict action against this company so that others cannot be cheated....

I had paid Rs 224/ in rechargefree.com (Order Id ja76iq) for recharging my father's mobile on Oct 2, 2011.

After payment, the payment Status was displayed as 'On Hold. Your transaction is subject to manual approval by the payment gateway. We will keep you updated about the same through email'.

I have not received the recharge yet. But Rs 224/ is charged against my credit card.

Money charged to card, but no recharge done even after 10 days

I had ordered (Order Id: ja76iq) for a recharge via rechargefree.com. Rs 224/ was charged against my Standard Charterd bank's Platinum credit card.


Even after the payment, the recharge was not done & status was 'On Hold. Your transaction is subject to manual approval by the payment gateway. We will keep you updated about the same through email. '. PFB the same.

I haven't yet received...
