RechargeItNow — Didn't get Refund for failure top up transaction | |||
Sir. From 15-Mar-10 onwards.. I am struggling to get resolution from RechargeItNow team for my issue. I have done topup on 15-Mar-10 for my BSNL no [protected] and didnot got the topup amount. Transaction Details - transaction id- 4452768 subscriber id recharged- [protected] operator- BSNL circle- Karnataka purchased value MRP- 220.00 date[protected] AM I raised tickets in contact us page of RechargeItNow as below - Track ID- [protected] Track ID- [protected] Track ID- [protected] Track ID- [protected] Using above informaiton.. I have contacted BSNL Customer Care and they told that transaction Id is invalid. So, I am unable to proceed further and at the same time I didnot got any resolution from RechargeItNow from 2 days.. even call from team. Please resolve this at high priority and do the needful.. refund or credit the topup amount Pls resolve it ASAP. Thx. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am also waiting for my refund scince 22nd April 2010, not yet credited to my account. my mobile no on which i recharged is [protected].

i am a registered member of rechargeitnow.
In recent past i had bad experience wrt recharge of my mobile.
I have 4 failure transactions for which i have not received the refund yet.
According the the policy mail that i have received it should have been settled within 2 days from transaction date.
I am still waiting for the refund to happen..
Following is the details of the transaction and my account

Mobiles numbers which were attempted for recharge - [protected] and [protected]
Failure transaction details:-

Please do the needful of refunding these money back to my HDFC bank account.
I hope you will take this matter as a pride issue of rechargeitnow site and resolve at the earliest
