Hi, I opted for a 250rs top up for tata docomo recharge on rechargeitnow.com. After all the details, I got "payment failed date : Dec 31,2012 due to some technical problem the transaction was not successful. please try again." I did not see any transaction id But, when I checked my account, I saw 300 rupees had already been deducted. Also, recharge was not done. Please tell me when can I get my money back ?
