I have made an online transaction to recharge my Dishtv A/C from rechargeitnow.com recharged through Credit Card date time 1/2/2012 Time 22:59
But Recharge not done in my Dish Tv A/C

.As I confirmed with the bank the transaction has been successfully done. But the amount is not yet credited to my DTH

account. When I call to DishTV costumer care I don't get a proper response from them. I called them at least 10

times for the issue.I request you to guide me on resolving this issue.

today i.e 20rd april 2010
at 8.30 p.m i would like to recharge my mobile through rechargeitnow.com
i choosed the facility internet banking.then i entered my internet banking id and password and also transaction password.at the same time the window will shows the message your time will expired.but the amount deducted from my account.but the recharge not done in my mobile.

now still i hvn't got amount credited in my phone..i am fed with their irresponsible behavior over the customer care..firstly they blame SBI and now they are blaming AIRTEL and said we cant do anything its not our fault..the reality is they are running such a website just to looting the customers ..i am tired of complaing to SBI and AIRTEL..but no solution outcome..

I have recharged my mobile from www.RechargeItNow.com and the transaction is failed due to some technical reasons. I wrote an email them so many time but they didn't respond me at least once. At last i tried to find phone num on net website but it not be available on site. Atlast found the number from domain details and called them but then also they didn't respond me properly. Please do needful action asap.

RechargeItNow.com — Payment deducted without recharge

This is to notify that I used the services of www.rechargeitnow.com twice and both the times my recharge was unsuccessful, while the money was deducted from my account. There is no way to contact them, and they only require us to raise tickets. After raising a ticket i waited for 10 days and then logged an escalation ticket, but still have not heard from them.

As I can see, there are so many complains flooding the internet regarding this website. In case there are technical issues they should atleast give out contact details.Have decided not to use this service henceforth and can only warn others. The details of the transactions are as follows:

I m also a subscriber of tatasky. but I can't recharge through online. where as dishtv, airteldigitel, bigtv, sun direct subscriber they can rechare through online recharge vocher.

RechargeItNow.com — Recharge failed but amount not refunded

I have recharged my Idea mobile number [protected] from www.rechargeitnow.com website for rs500 on 30th Sept 2010.

The amount was deducted from my account and received an email saying the recharge was successful but neither the balance got updated in my mobile nor I received any sms. I called up Idea customer care and they said no transaction happened on my number on 30th Sept so I contacted rechargeitnow.com website guys by filling an online complaint form.

I waited for a week but there was no response and I filled that form every alternate day hoping for a response. They have an option to escalate the issue if you dont receive the reply in 10 days so I was waiting for the 10th day. Finally on the 10th day I filled up the escalation form and I received a reply after 2 days saying they have checked with the operator and confirmed that the recharged was processed and asked me to contact my operator with a transaction number KK[protected].

I called up Idea even though I wasn't expecting much help from Idea but to my surprise they took the complaint and followed up with me at their mentioned dead lines and finally told me that they have verified everything and no transaction happened on 30th Sept. They also said that the reference number provided by RECHARGEITNOW website is not reflecting in their system.

Immediately I mailed rechargeitnow.com guys again but never received any reply AND I CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.

The amount could be just Rs500 but imagine how may people might have lost their money like this? Just do a search for rechargeitnow.com and you can see hoards of complaints. Can't we really do anything about this?

What was interesting to note was they do not have any contact number or email address mentioned anywhere on their website and the only way to contact them was to fill up the form. Had I realized this earlier, I would have never used their services. My suggestion to everyone, NEVER USE ANY ONLINE SERVICE UNLESS THEY PROVIDE VARIOUS OPTIONS TO REACH THEM IN CASE OF ANY PROBLEMS.

RechargeItNow.com — Refund not given even after one month for failed recharge

Sir,
I've recharged mobile no. [protected] for Rs 500.Order Id for ccavenue transaction R[protected]. The transaction was successful but recharge was not done. So I submitted one complaint and asked for the refund but one automatic mail has come stating that it'll be resolved within 10 days. But even after one month no refund has given. One "escalation" options is there for complaints pending for more than 10 days. That too is not working. No contact number and no valid e-mail id. Without anything they are running the website. Please do something for this issue.
