Dear Sir/Madam, I recharged my Aircel mobile : [protected] for Rs.65/- on 14/04/2013, But i didn't received any recharge to my mobile and the amount is debited from my account. I also logged a complaint using your online form. I only received the mail stating that the refund is on process. Till now i didn't received any email regarding the status. Below i mention the details of recharge order id R[protected] transaction id 93855694 subscribed id recharged [protected] operator AIRCEL circle Tamil Nadu purchased value (mrp) 65 date [protected]:07 PM Kindly Refund to my account or Recharge my mobile. Since i am using your site many times to recharging my mobile, One suggestion from my side - If your server is down or you are facing any problem in recharging customer's mobile. Recharge — Not Recharged
Sir I have recharged my mobile number [protected] from the site "http://www.freecharge.in/"with Rs. 25. My transaction id is " CCA11CAKO361IG43334640" , transaction got failed but this amount has been deducted from my account but and I have not received the Balance on my number.
Please look into the matter...
