[Resolved]  Red Bus — Car accident

Dear Sir,

I am Mr. Mangesh Kalekar resident of Santakruz, Mumbai wants to register a complaint against your Driver Mr. Nandkumar Sankarao Garjile bearing Licence no. 11/43/PBN/8, Bus No. MH20 D-6270 belongs to Vasmat Depot, Conductor Mr. Prakash Path. Then mentioned bus driver made accident with my car at under Sion bridge, Sion, Mumbai at the morning 9.15 p.m. when I was on the way to my office. The fault was totally of the driver of the bus. Even he not noticed what happened & he ran away. When I caught him & ask him about the accident his behavior was very abusive with me. He was like drunk & driven. Because of the accident my car’s front side got totally damaged.

Kindly take necessary action against the driver & let me know about my damaged charges return on my above mentioned Contact no. If I unable to get help from your side I will take legal action on you.

Personal Complaint — CASHBACK ON AIRLINES TICKET

1. Platinum Plus - Power unlimited credit card was issued by your office alongwith a leaflet reflecting travel benefits. Accordingly on 03 Nov 07, tickets worth Rs 41, 492/- were purchased through your authorised agent HRG - Sita to avail 5% cash back.

2. In the credit card statement of Dec 07, the cash back was not reflected and even after interaction with your customer care representatives several times, last with Ms Heena on 25 Jan 08, no action has been taken till date despite assurances that the matter would be resolved in 48 hrs.

3. May I request you to kindly do the needful please.

Personal Complaint — Disturbance from one Reliance number

Dear Sir/madam,

I am getting missed calls and messages from one Reliance number from the last 10 days. I could guess it as a lady. She is not telling her name.. She is always disturbing me.. So, i would like to know her causing this much disturbance to me..
With out making this as a big issue, i would like to know who is that.. Can you help me in this regard.. If yes, please find out who is that.. and infrorm me immediately.. where is she from.. and name..

Personal Complaint — Garbage not picked by municipality

i am devesh jain resident of C/10 c.r.p. line behind M.Y.H. hospital, indore just behind Chacha Nehru hospital......i want to complaint against municipal corporation which don’t provide us the garbage & waste container in our area, because of that all people of our street and lived near to that are dumb all the waste & garbage behind their homes & besides the road i.e on front of our home n it really smells very bad & many 1000 of insects & mosquitoes are generated from that waste & sonly if no serious action is taken by the municipal corp. definitely children’s and people are get sick and die because of this waste and this waste gives birth to any new disease.........!!!!

so, please kindly take strong action against this complaint because all people of the area are fed up of this
