[Resolved] Redbus — Redbus Online Payment Gateway | |
This is about booking ticket online through, redbus online payment gateway. My father was scheduled to reach Bangalore from Hyderabad on 13th April 2009, for which I being at home on Sunday thought Redbus would be convenient option to block ticket. Next moment I connected my laptop to Internet and typed redbus.in in my browser. Selected a bus operator, choose a seat, the next screen is about details of passenger and payment, payment type selection. In which I had to fill in Card Holder Name Number etc, then comes the scary page on my browser [Security is not taken care of, very vulnerable to attack]. Which says the page is not secure to go forward, had taken me to some weird page before I landed on Axis bank. I made the transaction on Master Card Secure page which takes care of security issues. From there I landed back on Redbus Payment Gateway [With redbus as a watermark] which never worked. I shut that page after 4hours long waiting time. I lost my money from my Card too. I had to call their customer service some 40 times to know my status. I hope Redbus techie management is listening to customers like us to improve their service. I leave people who read this to choose from going to Redbus / alternative. Was this information helpful? | |

Next moment I connected my laptop to Internet and typed redbus.in in my browser. Selected a bus operator, choose a seat, the next screen is about details of passenger and payment, payment type selection. From there I landed back on Redbus Payment Gateway [With redbus as a watermark] which never worked. I shut that page after 4hours long waiting time. I lost my money from my Card too.

I hope Redbus techie management is listening to customers like us to improve their service.
