Redbus — cancellation of ticket asking to book same ticket on much higher price

Hi I have booked ticket from Hyderabad to Nagpur through redbus.in by paying Rs 430. It is booked much before ( 3rd oct )and travel date is 24th oct. Today (21st oct ) they called me and saying that we are cancelling your ticket because there is technical problem in the bus. Immediately they asked that if you want to travel, you need to book ticket by paying Rs 1250 for same kind of bus. This is ridiculous. They have done this because of festive season. How come they say the reason that there is technical problem when there are 3 days. I want someone to take stern action against redbus.in and its alliance Sabarval Travels. I have faced the same problem few months back..
redbus is the worst ever service in any department I have seen in my life.

Refund Not Done

I Booked a Ticket online and confiramtion was not done. but payment was Released from my bank account. they mailed regarding Refund but its been more than 3 months i did not recieve the refund amount.
