Redbus — Refund not initiated | |||
I had tried booking a ticket on 18/02/2012 for 26/02/2012 through Redbus.in using ICICI Net Banking. The amount is debited and the ticket wasnt booked. Immediately on 18/02/2012 I had registered 2 complaints through thier toll free number and I was told that they would take 5 days to refund. Today 23/02/2012 when I call the customer care about the refund, they deny any complaint made and said they dont have any proof over it. So i had sent a screen shot today. Now they say they didnt register a complaint as they had no proof and said I can go to consumer court and complaint against them.
