Redbus — Non Refund of The deducted amount | |||
Hi All, i tried booking 3 ticket(package tour) from Bangalore to tirupathi on 23-Apr-2013 in Manish Travels through travels . But the money got deducted and the amount was not credited to my account. I did this booking trough citibank credit cards. Date of Journey :- 23/04 Transaction no :- [protected] (As given by bank) Amount :- RS.5400 I mailed them also in complaints section on Wed 05/22/13 8:04 PM.They provided me the ticket no :- 1091386.and told me that they will get back to me in 24 hrs. Red Bus — Non refund of ticket amount
Dear Team ,I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET FROM RED BUS AND THE OPERATOR ONLY CANCELL THE JOURNEY BUT NO ONE IS REFUNDING MY AMOUNT. REDBUS ALSO NOT TAKING RESPONSIBILITES. KINDLY ADVICE ME WHAT TO DO WITH REDBUS & THE OPERATOR .HOW TO PROCEDE TO CONSUMER COURT OR COMPLAINTS TO TRANSPORT MINISTRY .
