[Resolved]  Redbus — email discussion with red bus. Incomplete Transaction with red bus but not refund money

Please go through the email discussion with red bus representiative ,

But why ? , If my transaction is failed & I am doing booking on line it is my responsibility to book ticket again ,why your representative called me & do the transaction , So it is your Customer care executive’s mistake to booked wrong journey date. And you are asking unable to process the refund.

So my request is please do the need full & do the need full.
