You should check ur alternate id because rediff sent a new password on ur alternate id..

Dear Team,

I had a rediffmail account "[protected]@rediffmail. com" and have forgotten the password. I am trying to retrive it since last 15 days. It is not working and the "Forgot Password" lisk is not working as the mails are not being sent to [protected]@satyam.com. Please provide me the option to change the alternate email id or please send me the password to chan.[protected]@gmail.com.

My last resort is to create a new rediffmail and request you to transfer my existing mails in [protected]@rediffmail.com to my new id,

All my important mails are stuck in this rediffmail account and retriving this mail id is becoming a real problem to me.

I am order one 360 degree stunt car Total Amt INR Rs.385.00 Order no.6311367. and payment mode by delivery at site. so rediff send my order By Indian Post, they charges me INR Rs.405 and open these parcel are empty box, so i contact with rediff, They advise me send proof to rediff I send proof by Post master etc,
so these are agree with refunding amt.
But these not refund me my amt. they only said your amt paid by rediff in next week, I also call on rediff but these not give me response and take my call on hold about 1 hrs. and not give specific time limit to reach money order.

i ordered a watch online from rediff online shopping which had to b delivered via tnt courier n has not been delivered yet.

Rediff Shopping — replacement of the jade bracelet

i ordered a jade bracelet and my order number is 6113141and when i opened the package i found the each n every jade bead had lot of scratches and looked terrible and even the elastic string in which it was woven was in deteriorated condition.When i contacted the customer care they told me thta a replacemnet will be provided if i send back the faulty item and the courier charges will also be refunded.I did the same and today is more than 7 days and i am yet to receive them.I tracked the courier i have sent and found that it reached the dealer 7 days back and i wrote the customer care many mails but none answered.Atlast i contacted the dealer from the address sent to me but the dealer did not answer my calls..atlast i texted him rudely he called back and told that unless the rediff team gives the consent they cant send he product to me.I realised that its rediff which is playing double games and they dont want to provide replacement nor refund the money


Rediff p[eople are big fraudsters i request to all gullible people who do online shopping not to do online shopping as the fraudsters like rediff are waiting to trap innocent custmers through fake offers and jackpots

I want you to take strict action against the rediff team as soon as possible and seee through that i get my money back

Its true online shopping portal is bogus and fraudsters.Even i have ordered a jade bracelet form the portal but when i opened the package it was full of scratches and all beads were worn out and looking pathetic.When i compalined to the customer care they told to return the package back and would send the replacement soon but even after 7 days i have not received the bracelet and the customer care is ignoring my mails..I want to take severe action against the rediff shopping portal.My order number is 6113141

I am not surprised. My order status remains "READY TO SHIP" for more than two weeks now. Better avoid REDIFFMALL and INDIAPLAZA since they are powering the same.

I agree. Rediffonline dont take any accountability for the products they sell thru forum. It is most unfortunate. They expect the buyer to be sitting at home for so that he can send it back within 7 days and that too to the vendor. I have lost total faith in rediff.

I would recommend bindaasbargain .com to the readers.It is an excellent forum and they give excellent products and service. I am a regular buyer from their website.

I agree. I have purchase battery bike by Rediff online, at the time of first order I received my product within 7 days. Then I have ordered the same bike twice. but after 15 days rediff reversed my order & the reason was no courier service. If rediff has delivered the same product on the same address previously then how can they give the reason. They just cheated me & utilized my money. I have ordered a GAP brand Shirt in blue & white stripes combination which was FULL SLEVES and i chose M medium size.
I was informed that the shirt is 100% A class Cotton & MRP is 2500.00 in market and it is on rediff for 449.00 rupees only.
I ordered 1 shirt by COD (cash on delivery)

Today i recieved the parcel from rediff (paid 524 ruppes as 75 rupees was of Cash on delivery)

I have booked a book 'Guide to Indian Commodity Market" vide oreder Number :5475412.
I have recived the consigment today and found that the print price mentioned on the book is Rs 175/ where as they have mentioned the price in their site is Rs 275/(Zero delivery charge).

How can they charge a price which is higher than the print price.

Where in the normal outlets we are getting discounts on our purchase, here they are charging higher price than the normal price with the name of best price.
