The mala has been received on 31.12.2011 vide order no.- 6838186 from Rediff. com India limited vide bluedart courier AWB no.- [protected] from their vendor e-commerce(india). The thread found broken and one bead broken into two halves and nine beads out of the broken thread. Arrange for replacement on urgent basis. The above was mentioned as feedback on 01.01.2012 at their site. Neither their courier person nor they contacted for the same. Please arrange refund or replacement urgently.
