Rediff E Shopping / Nokia Hand Set — Fault Handset & Dis satisfied Service | |
I had purchased a New Nokia Hand set through rediff E- shopping, theVendor had despatched a inferior quality hand set & couple of times the hand set was send back to the vendor and resend with out attending the problem.No gaurantee card was issued and worst response from Rediff.com The current postion is I had lost Rs.10, 000 ( cost of handset) and the hand set which was sent to service some time before is not resend to me. And I had wrote hundreds of Follow up Mails to Bharti, Customer service, but no response.I simply dont know, what to do.
