[Resolved] Rediff — Returned the product | |||
Sir, I have purchaged the Mobile online in the rediff shopping, as the product is not according to the specifications I have asked them for the return policy as per their requirments I have sent the product in the Blue Dart corrier by paying an amount of RS. 310 which they told refundable to me sent this courrier on 27/07/2013 they have told me that I will be refunded as soon as possible from then when ever I send a mail to them they are not responding and if we call them it will take hours to attend the call, even by chance they attend the call they will tell that it is in process. Please look into this issue and make them to pay my mobile charges and courrier charges which they have promised to return as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
