[Resolved] Rediff Seller - Ojjas Enterprises Amazon, Mumbai — Received different Digital Watch

First time ever ordered from Rediff Shopping. I ordered a Xinjia (Model Number:XJ-759LB ) LCD Multifunction Watch with Seven-color Backlight and TPU Resin Strap as displayed on Rediff Shopping (screen shot image - http://img41.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=58060_Screen_shot_of_Rediff_Shopping_webpage_122_89lo.JPG) on 14 Jan 2010. Seller is named as '99 Store', but name is 'Ojjas Enterprises Amazon' in the rediff online account for my order no. 5751197. On 16 Jan 2010, received a cheap digital watch ( image - http://img258.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=57855_Watch_received_122_92lo.JPG) which I can easily get from hawker for less than Rs 130. The box casing would bring the price to Rs 299. Waiting to see what response is as all details of the watch is ripped from Shishi Xinjia Electronics Co. Ltd website (http://ssxj.manufacturer.globalsources.com/si/[protected]/pdtl/Multifunction-wa...⇄ I was going to Order all Xinjia Watches from Seller 99 through Rediff (screenshot image - http://img237.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=10392_Rediff_Xinjia_Page_123_538lo.JPG) in one shot, but decided to buy one at a time. Thank God I'm only loosing Rs.334 (total). If the correct item is not delived, I'm contacting Shishi Xinjia Electronics Co. Ltd by email to have their Indian Agent/Rep sue Rediff for fraud. Providing them with the screen shots & scanned image (watch/Courier packing containing their address). Note that all Xinjia Watch images (including details/specs) on Rediff Shopping are clearly ripped from Shishi Xinjia Electronics Co. Ltd website (http://ssxj.manufacturer.globalsources.com/si/[protected]/pdtl/Multifunction-wa...⇄ which clearly amounts to Fraud as per law (both domestic & International). +9 photos Was this information helpful? Hello guys, the seller named OJJAS ENTERPRISES AMAZON ON REDIFF.COM is a complete fake one and i was amazed to see the lack of interest from rediff.com to solve this problem. The product that was shipped to me was incomplete and a completely fake one. This seller is a big big big conman and he has already looted thousands of customer. And what is astonishing to see that Rediff.com doesn't have any HELPLINE NO. listed on their website for shopping. But i somehow i managed to get the phone number which is[protected] and tell them to connect to the shopping department. GUYS DON'T LEAVE REDIFF.COM JUST LIKE THAT. BLAST THEM BY CALLING ON THIS NUMBER AND AFTER CALLING NUMBER OF TIMES I HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK FOR THE SAID DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SO YOU CAN ALSO GET YOURS BACK AND REMEMBER NOT TO SHOP ON REDIFF.COM FOREVER. WE NEED TO TEACH THEM A LESSON FOR THEIR LIFE.
