rediffmail alert service — i am not able to deactivate it

Frm so long m trying to deactivate the mail alert service frm rediffmail,however there is no assistance for it. u gys gv the option to select it but no option to deactivate it. and whn i call the cust care they tell me to do it on vodafone live as i have a vodafone connection but to no avail, n thn the cust care does not answer my call.u guys r really bogus and crooks 0f a degraded calass.
