REDIFF — Partial Delivery Of Order

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchase an O2 Cocoon mobile phone from Rediff on June 14th, 2008 under order#4658185. I received the order but, that is incomplete. I have received only the handset and the charger. The following things were missing:

1. Nest For O2 Cocoon
2. Headset
3. Original Software CD
4. Mobile Case

These were the items supposed to be shipped with the package. There is no number of rediff shopping customer care. Only you can email through FAQ/Hp section.

Please do not buy any item from Rediff...

These people are useless, i too had ordered a watch, it cost 400 rs and when i received the watch it did not worth 100 rs.when i asked about the procedure they dont even answer.
The watch i received was not running and none of the buttons working, there were scratches on the watch, seemed they tried to repair it or atleast they tried to repair it but it was not repaired and shipped as it is.

Rediff chat rooms list is not visible... this is what i am experiencing from past week...

I not using proxy of any kinds.. neither my connection is slow... i am using a BSNL broadband connection.. which is one of the fastest available in India...


Further, earlier when i used to log in the chat rooms, the messages and working was way toooooo slow...

Is this the complaint that goes directly to rediff.com??? i doubt it.. because i can see so many complaints and from so many days and no action... i think rediff.com is trying to close up the site guys...

I am recently facing the same problem. Rediff Chat rooms list just disappeared on saturday night while i was chatting and the chat stopped too.

The messenger is working fine but I still cannot access the chat rooms. One of my friends was online yesterday night on sunday. I tried to send him messages but i dont think that reached him. He didnt even reply.

Rediff .. Guys either you need to look into the possible solutions to eradicate this problem or permanently shut down your messenger serveices.
