[Resolved]  Rediff Product/strings 1500 Watts Home Theatre System - Extra Base Technology — I didn't get my original order.they cheated me..

Dear sir,


This is a complaint on rediff shopping team . They are making people fools. No proper response from the vendor . Even when we tried to call him up nobody is suppose to lift the phone. Even his mail id is also defective as their products..


I have got this message since 20 days passed i made a payment till now my problem was not solved.
Even i didnt get my money back nor i didnt get my original product which i had applied.

i have order 1500 Watts home theatre syetem for online redif shopping.

but ia have recevied computer speaker of 800 watt which is not working .

i have mailed to Customer Care many time and vendor also but they are not taking any action to replace the product.

My product no is 5179861. I m not returning you the defective part. Because who will pay the courier charge. Why should I pay the courier charge? Why u sending the parts without checking? You are cheating the people. And also your number is any time switch off. What is the meaning?
I wish to say, please don’t cheat us.
