[Resolved]  Reebok India — Mismatch of MRP on the Invoice and Price Tag

I purchased a Reebok Shoe Model - R-304399 from Krishna Agencies , SCO 489-490 , Sector - 35 C , Chandigarh on 7 Aug 10 . Bill No is - B7-2493 .

The above pair of shoe was being offered at a discount of 30 % on its MRP .

The MRP mentioned on the bill is Rs 4999/- and the price that I paid after discount was Rs 3499/- .

When I reached home , I found the Shoe was tagged at a MRP of Rs 4599/- and the manufacturing date mentioned on the label was 13.06.09 .

I approached the retailer and asked either Refund me back Rs 400/- which he had charged excess of MRP or give me the same pair of Shoe which was manufactured recently and not 14 months back !!!!

They did not do either hence I am writing to you .

I feel so cheated on being given a Pair of Shoe which is more than 14 months old at the current Prevailing Price !!!! .

I hope you would help in resolving this issue .
