Dear Sir,

My child is studying in Smt. Sulochanadevi Singhania School at Thane. After Diwali vacation he requires to wear the PE shoes and therefore he prefers to wear Reebok School Shoes. Generally I experienced that every after Diwali Vacation either there is non - availability of shoe sizes and/or shoe. And then parents need to run and search for shoe from almost every nearby Reebok store. Looking into this every year experience and to avoid this inconvenience I purchased the Shoe few months back from Reebok Korum mall, Thane when it was available with them. After Diwali vacation, the school reopened yesterday; and my child first time wore the said shoes. Afternoon when he returned from the school; his shoes was separated from the sole.
It was surprising and cause mental agony to me that how a new brand shoe can have a defect. Next day morning; with the said shoe I visited the Reebok Korum mall, Thane; wherein they refused to replace the shoe on the reason that I am not having the bill. Mearly not having bill will not change the fact that Shoe is not of Reebok brand. The denial to replace the shoe make me force to keep the said defected piece of shoe at Reebok Korum mall, Thane and I did that. The shoe is with Reebok Korum mall, Thane.
Then on 19th November, I e-mailed my complaint to mukesh.[protected]@externals.reebok.com, customer.[protected]@reebok.com, [protected]@gmail.com. But they demanded the bill for the same. As it was mentioned in my main complaint mail itself that I am not having the bill. But since then till today neither anyone revert on this nor replaced the shoes despite of several request. The said shoes is in possession of the Reebok Korum mall, Thane. But till today no one bothers to resolve the issue till today.

I therefore demand to replace the said shoe at earliest as the school reopened on 18th November.

dear sir, i have bought a pair of reebok shoes from indore. your brand's shoes are known for their quality and durability. but i am highly dissapointed with your product and after sales service. the shoe's sole are damaged within one week o[censored]se. i want my product to be replaced as soon as possible since i have some important sports events in the coming month. the details of the shoe and retail outlet are mentioned in the bill of purchase attached with this complaint. please reply as soon as possible.

One year back, I purchased one shoe from reebok outlet, Pune, India. Item was marked at store as fresh item and priced Rs. 3999. After the purchase when I showed i to my friend, I was shocked after looking same shoe (same model & colour) with my friend in some wear & tear condition. The shocking thing was that he purchased same shoe some six month before my my purchasing at a price around Rs.2800 from reebok outlet. I felt cheated. Old model which my friend bought at a lesser price was sold to me at higher price as a fresh arrival. And the most embarrassing is that in just one year sole of my shoe separated from the body of the shoe. The product is just like non-branded item. This is really a cheating- Selling cheap products at higher price after labeling it branded. I did big mistake by selecting your product. This is the worst experience in my life with any brand. Now I regret on selecting reebok.

I bought Reebok shoes in July 13 from Reebok Showroom INorbit Mall, Hyderabad..for Rs 3200.

To my Surprise these got damged from front just after 3 months..

I bought Reebok thinking that it wud last for years...But must say Reebok quality has gone down the drain now..

When I went to complaint the staff didn't respond properly and behaved as though I have done some crime by coming back.. I asked them to get it repaired but they simply refused..

They said ya it happens sometime and asked me whooping Rs 800 for repair.. (Just an FYI the same thing had happened to one pair I had bought earlier and it got torn/damaged within 3-6 months and at that time also the Reebok manager said something like that and I thought it was an exceptional case maybe that particular piece was bad and so I ignored it did not take the matter further. And I then I bought another pair of shoes again from Reebok about which now I am forced to complain as this is the second time - BAD SHOES AND POOR REEBOK SERVICE!) Are Reebok shoes using such a bad quality that their shoes do not last even for few months!!!

I would urge the authorities / management of company to help me get my money back or replace my shoes at no charge as this is not my fault but the companies.

I have purchased a sandals on 24/05/2013 from PRAYAGA ENTREPRISES shop Thiruvananthapuram. Sandal no:J89031 CIELO DMX R 10 14.5 Both of the sandals are damaged inner soul and portion of toe were damaged. Yesterday i went to Reebok store in Marthali (Bangalore) just beside Adidas show room.
There I faced very bad experience with sales man(I don't know his name).
I have tried 4 pairs of shoes and asked him to get one more pair to try.
Then that basted replied as "I am not your servant.Just select one pair from display and buy it else just leave the
store".Is this is a way of treating customers in Reebok stores.
I hope you take action on him.

I had puchased the shoe from the z square mall showroom of reebok, as it is a highly reputed corporation with worst service and employees. i had given my shoe for repair 4 times and they say they will send that for pasting, but they just deliver me that by fixing it with feviquick, and the last times they even refuses to take that as even it is in warranty period . Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Thank you

Reebok India, Customer Care I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.3900.00, from Authorised Reebok Outlet in bangalore but within 2 months the shoes developed crack and one get torn. i have repaired them outside. After two months again same problem occured . Now all the button sole and shoe are separated within a year. Now it is useless. i have kept it in my room . can you suggest any replacement or repairing is possible now . Can you suggest me any rebbok repair shop in chennai. Now shoes and soles are fully separted for both pair. For a reputed brand like Reebok, This kind of quality is not at all expected by giving enough amount of money. I am writing you to notify that I purchased reebok shoes in month mid of july. Shoes right pair was not comfortable. I went to reebok store on 3rd august and submitted shoes in reebok showroom. Sales person told me that your shoes model will be replaced within 10 days, you can take another model of reebok shoes.

From till now i did not receive any reply from them. I went to the showroom on 16 th august sales person says sir it will be replaced in two days.

Now I am trying to contact them but they are not replying. Please help me to get change of my shoes.

I purchased the much advertised Reebok Zignano last year.. withing some time the net on both the shoes started tearing at the junction where the net meets the plastic cover. Same tear happened exactly on both shoes and I have seen everyone wearing these shoes having the same tear at the same place. It is undoubtedly a manufacturing defect in part of reebok and really unexpected from a reputed brand especially when the price tag with the model is so high.. I hope my issue is addressed considering the brand reputation reebok has worldwide.
I really hope for some redressal to be made for such kind of manufacturing defects in high price tag models.

i Have puschase a monts back Rebook Zig Tech Shoes one day I found that both the shoe have opened up from the pasting side i have gon to the out let but no use because i dont have the bill which i have lost where i have spent 4000Rs for this shoes please do help me getting repair.and the Franchise also not supportive to help the customer in kolkata. only sale is the concern for the company. i will take the picture and up load in youtobe and send the message no to rebook as you see the quality. I have purchased a Reebok shoe for my son on date 14/05/2013 and the next day when he tried to wear immediately the material which is in the front top of the toe got teared. we went to the Reebok store from where we bought the shoe and the ask the person about the warranty but he refused to answer me and gave me the customer care number which is on the shoe box. I got a shoes from reebok store n from the day I have started wearing it I have started getting pain in my feet .My feet pains so much that I am unable to wear the shoes anymore .I have jus worn the shoes for 5-6 times maximum n consistently getting that pain in my left feet , so I want to put a request to u that I want my shoes to be sent for a manufacturing defect test.it would of great help for me and since I m a senior citizen I cannot manage to run around the store n ask for help.

respected sir,I have purchased two pairs of shoes from the REEBOK STORE located in PARKLANE (SECUNDERABAD) BILL NUM-12754,purchase date - 5-6-13.the store provides a discount on school shoes every year but this year according to them has no discount this year.the time we went to the store we pre hand told them we are from dps school.they did not bother to inform us about no discount provided this year duped us in purchasing two shoes .On the bill payment also we were not informed about the discount,being little suspicious we enquired that previously we got the shoes in RS-1100,the storeowner informed us that the prices have increased.we were handed over the packet after the bill payment.on reaching home we noticed that he had not given any discount!When we went to the store again for clarification ,the store owner and the salesman argued with us firstly that they had told us ten times about the no discount this year,then after a lot of arguement he told it is not his responsibility to inform us prehand!when enquiring the storeowner's n salesman's name they told both of them are KUMAR(which dont know to what extent are true!)they have cheated us in selling the shoes without any pre information and now blaming us about not asking before! I am not feeling doubly cheated,firstly I had to pay RS-1000 IN EXCESS FOR THE SHOES(which I would get as a discount)and incurred RS-400 as again travelling to the store plus the harassement! I am really frustated by the store owners behaviour towards the customer!

I Had purchased one Rebook shoe from JABONG.COM online vide order No-[protected] in Dec 2012 with item No-[protected] style-J89464. After 20-30 wear it is seen that the sole of the shoe get detached. Previously it was happened to me also in another purchase. It is degrading the brand value of Rebook in India.
If I will not get justice out of it, I will approach the court of law and insist all of my friends to stop purchasing Rebook products henceforth.

I bought a Reebok Mobile Runner Navy Blue Sports Shoes(MRP. 2999) from online store(Snapdeal.com) on 12/04/2013. I used that shoes hardly 8-10 times in next one month and I was shocked to find that sole has already worn out and there is big hole in the shoes at the bottom. I always trusted that Reebok is a good quality product , but after this experience my trust has already shaken from Reebok.
Request you to consider my shoes for replacement.
