Reebok India — Upper part of shoes is cracking

Dear Sir,
I had purchased razing shoes for 8000 rs and after wearing shoes
For 2 months the upper part of shoes is start to crack. I had put complain with reebook but I think it is not good for the reputation of the company as their new product has problem and also the price of shoes which is very expensive .
And also the guy who was dealing my complaint was not upto the mark of international brand. Hopefully I got my shoes replaced.

I brought a pair shoes from J.P.ENTERPRISES 100 FT. ROAD SHAHDHRA’ DELHI 32 @ of 2299/- bill no. 2043, without any discount. After 50 days shoes totally broken. I can complain to Shop kipper but give me not positive ans.
Please take this complain seriously & replace my Shoes.
