[Resolved] Reebok India — Shoelace problem | |||
Reebok Team, I had bought the sports shoe from TARUSH MARKETING PVT. LTD. (Maybe a francise of Reebok) located at RamKrishna Chambers, linking Road, khar West, Mumbai - 400052 The ITEM NAME is J10903. I bought this on 04th July 2010. There is a defect in the lace of the shoe. Its worn out already by just wearing it four times. When i went to the showroom from where I bought, firstly the salesman out there clearly said that there is no grey lace available and then when I told him to send a requisition for the same to the company, he was not interested at all to take it. I have been using reebok shoes from the time I have started wearing sports shoes i.e. since around 20 years and everyone at home also uses reebok shoes. I dont think this is a company policy of such bad after sales service. I would not buy reebok shoes going forward and would also recommend all my friends and relatives to opt either for a nike or an adidas instead of reebok because of such a sad service. This has really been a dissapointing visit to reebok. By the way I visited the store around 1:30PM on 5th December 2010. Just to give a classic example of after sales service. My leather shoes bought from METRO stores at Linking road, the sole had worn out completely. I had bought the shoe is DEC 2008 and when i went to the store today and showed him the shoe, he immediately said that the sole will be replaced at a nominal charge and took the service seriously. I think these franchises should learn from this. These franchise stores are spoiling the brand name of REEBOK.
